The breath brings us into here and now, into our bodies and our consciousness. All body functions work over the breath, the breath is the exchange with me and my environment. We cleanse ourselves not only over the intestine, but to very large proportions also over the breath. And with simple means, great effects can be achieved in this area!
Train your breath over the breath work
Everyone has had to cope with very difficult situations in his life. In doing so, we often hold our breath, we do not breathe properly, or we startle and start to breathe. Our breathing seems normal after the crisis. And yet, in a breath analysis, it becomes clear that certain areas are not “well-attended”. Irgentwie the breath is not easy to get there. In a breathing session, they are guided “connected” to breathe, just like little babies do it quite natural. They work on your blockages to resolve them. The effect is often, a very wonderful feeling of “arriving at home”. The body gets more energy, through more oxygen. This can also make old, long-forgotten feelings noticeable and these can be easily released. Afterwards it can be seen in the Atembild that the breath can be breathed much deeper into the lungs.
For each session an intention is formulated, a desire, what you would like to work, what you want to achieve. And the result is then discussed. Sometimes, during a meeting, other aspects appear that match the topic that was put to the session.
